Amarone Classico DOCG 2011 - Zenato
Produced by the best grapes in the Costalunga estate, at S. Ambrogio in the classic area of Valpolicella, a land full of meaning, traditions and food and wine culture.
After careful manual selection, the grapes are left to rest in the fruit in small cassettes and then gently pressed.
A regal wine, important, from the large structure, elegant, velvety. Exalted by method and sensation dedicated to those who taste it.
It shows a full-bodied red color tending to garnet with aging.
The nose is elegant, ethereal, hot, spicy, with hints of cherry, marasca, dried fruit and plum.
On the palate it gives a round, velvety, wrap-around, soft taste.
It is ideal with roasts, game and seasoned cheeses, but also alone, as a meditation wine.
